Well that's what we believe here at BSOH anyway. And if you don't have it, then you ought to be asking why. After all, we start off being happy, and actually have to learn how not to be happy. Some of us get quite good at that!
Maintaining happiness is complex, it's all tied up with our sense of who we are and how much of what we know we're capable of has actually been achieved or is still 'a work in progress'.
It also has to do with how we manage events in our life; feeling that we are 'in control' of things is really important and will reduce stress considerably, helping us all to remember how to be happy. Or perhaps just making it harder to forget how to remember...
We're so committed to this concept of regaining happiness, that we've created the world's first happiness clinic - somehere you can come and work with our highly experienced pracitioners to generate or regain the real happiness you once had and can have again.
We've developed an exclusive strategy to resolving conflict and stress, and to getting you back to being happy - putting a smile back on your face. Who knows? Maybe we can show you how to be happy again!
What we do
Private practice
There is a private practice attached to the school, but access is a bit restricted, so you need to have a personal recommendation from one of our existing or previous clients or from one of our existing or previous students. If you are in one of our specialist categories (treatment of stress, anxiety and phobias) then please contact us directly. We do not treat smokers, but are happy to refer you to a colleague who does.

Stress management
